These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (lucascoelhobaptista.pt) and the purchase of Coreva Optimal from LUCAS DAVID COELHO BAPTISTA ("we", "us", "our"), a Portuguese sole trader. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or infringe any intellectual property rights.

2. Ordering and sale

To place an order, you submit your name and phone number using the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A binding contract is formed when our team calls to confirm your order and you confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. A 50% promotional discount is currently applied; the discounted price at the time of your confirmation call is the binding price.

3. Payment on delivery

Payment is collected by the courier on delivery. We accept cash and card payments. No online payment or prepayment is required. If you are unable to pay at the time of delivery, the parcel will be returned to us and the order cancelled at no charge to you.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch - either during the confirmation call or by contacting us by email. There is no cancellation fee. Once an order has been dispatched, you may refuse delivery at the door, and the order will be cancelled at no charge.

5. Product disclaimer

Coreva Optimal is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

6. Returns and refunds

Our return policy provides for a 14-calendar-day return window from the date of receipt for unopened products. For full details, see our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to LUCAS DAVID COELHO BAPTISTA. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the product. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for that purchase.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
