Pay when it arrives
Once your order is confirmed by phone, we dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Your pack is delivered by courier to your address. Pay cash or by card to the courier - whichever is easier for you.
If you're not home, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or arrange collection from a nearby depot. You can also decline the parcel at the door if you change your mind - your order will simply be cancelled at no cost.

14-day return policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an unopened pack. To request a return, email us at [email protected] with your order details. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
